Product Manager II – Helpshift Technologies

Spearheaded successful initiatives, including implementing the WhatsApp Business API, directing the development of new customer-driven features, improving customer experience, and upgrading the product’s intent detection AI feature, resulting in significant improvements in usage, engagement, customer satisfaction, and revenue. The initiatives led to successful adoption of new product features and phasing out of underperforming ones.

May 2019 -Jun 2022

Associate Vice President | Products – Winjit Technologies

Responsible for driving new feature development and enhancing product engagement and retention, resulting in ARR. Collaborated with marketing and sales teams to improve perceived customer value and increase CLTV. Also strategized the integration of Winjit’s products with iTWO software, resulting in a significant increase in RIB Software’s stake in Winjit. Restructured the product division to improve cross-functional communication and collaboration, resulting in decreased engineering efforts and increased PQLs.

Sep 2018 – May 2019

Product Manager – Leoroc Technology

Responsible for leading a team of over 10 engineers in a startup, and overseeing the development of a minimum viable product (MVP) with both mobile and web applications. In addition, also responsible for validating product needs and market opportunities through detailed feature specifications, and ensuring that the MVP was built within a tight timeframe of 5 months. Collaborated closely with the founders to define the market, user segment, and value proposition of the product, as well as develop a go-to-market plan.

Lead Developer – Vchip Technology

Collaborated closely with clients and internal stakeholders to conduct requirements gathering for more than 5 clients. Performed release management with a team of 5 developers to build solutions by translating business requirements to the right technical architecture, design, and document functional specifications.

IoT Developer – Hiotron

Contributed in research and development of the company’s core products, overall direction, development, and growth in IoT. Delivered technology training on the Internet of Things to corporate clients.
